Zellia — How to request deletion of your data
Last updated: October 2, 2026
If you'd like Whitelabel S.A.S. (Zellia) to delete the personal data we hold about you, follow these steps.
How to request it
- Write to hola@whitelabel.lat with the subject "Data deletion request — Zellia".
- Tell us who you are and where we might have your data, so we can find it:
- If you requested access or a demo at zellia.io: the email you used.
- If you're a Zellia customer: your company's name and your account's email.
- If you messaged a business that uses Zellia (for example, on WhatsApp): your phone number with country code and the name of the business you messaged.
- We may ask you to confirm your identity before deleting, so we don't delete someone else's data.
What we delete
- Access and demo requests: your email and related records.
- Customer accounts: the account, its users, and the Meta connection tokens we hold. Disconnecting Zellia from your Meta account also cuts off our access, and you can do that yourself from your business settings in Meta.
- Conversations in a customer's channel: we forward your request to the business you messaged, which decides on that data, and we delete it from Zellia once they instruct us to.
Timeline
We confirm receipt of your request and respond within a maximum of 15 business days, the deadline set by Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 for this type of request. We may retain the minimum data the law requires us to keep, such as tax or accounting records, or to defend against claims.
Data held by Meta
If you connected Zellia through Facebook, you can also remove Zellia from the apps and integrations in your Meta settings, and Meta will stop sharing data with us. Meta keeps its own copy under its own policy.
